FEAR PATIENT: I am writing this review from the perspective of an anxiety patient. Influenced by all the forums and YouTube videos, I postponed my hair transplantation for about 2 years,more mainly the horror stories regarding the syringe have kept me away. After a long research I became aware of German Aesthetics, because I was especially looking for the anesthesia possibility with the Comfort In (syringe without needle “pre anesthesia without needle” then the local anesthesia “main anesthesia with needle”) syringe in Germany.
Phone call:
With the managing director was incredibly reassuring and confidence-inspiring, here speaks the competence otherwise you can not really express it. Mr. Klassen convinced me to refrain from the Comfort in syringe (syringe without needle “pre anesthesia without needle” then the local anesthesia “main anesthesia with needle”), because they have developed a mixture that moves from the pain level towards 0. Of course, it was hard to believe, but due to the appearance of Mr. Klassen, which really convinced me, I summoned up all my courage and tackled the matter.
Anaesthesia:
I then decided on Mr. Klassen’s suggestion Normal local anesthesia with normal syringe but with the special mixture from German Aesthetics.
Step by step:
1. Sedative received (calming the nerves)

Pain:
OMG guys I can’t describe it to you on a scale from 0 painless to 10 most painful it was a 0.5 at most. I do not know how they do it, I do not care when I got the first injection I immediately asked Dr. Ömer if it is always like this, and he replied “Yes” I said afterwards only then we can inject the whole day. I am more than just speechless the way Dr. Ömer the syringe sets the way the mixture works incredible, I as someone who is extremely sensitive just have to know, it really on a scale as described above at most and I mean really so at most a 0.5. I would like to thank you at this point also very warmly for this wonderful doctor Dr. Ömer YOU ARE THE Incredible. 🙂 (I overjoyed)
The transplant:
But not only Dr. Ömer also the and I would like to especially emphasize the hair technician Ms. Yeliz, you can really tell here is a professional at work who can easily play the final in the Champions League, although I suffer from very thin hair she has brought through all her experience and expertise her can maximum to the limit, I am very very very pleased with her work, as she has managed to settle so many grafts so close together to simulate a thick hair.

My recession is mainly for people like me who are still hesitating because they are afraid of pain (injection or something like that) people I can’t speak for the other clinics but here at German Aesthetics they have really developed a very special way you will feel at most the ice spray nothing more, I know myself you don’t want to believe the recession but it really is like that.
Negative:
Actually, it is not negative but normal so I mean the price regardless of whether you get now a promotional price or not in Germany, the prices are 3 times as high as in Turkey, for me it was important to have no pain, and here I got my money’s worth, and if would have been another 3 times as expensive I would have chosen again for this because my and that is personal concern was mainly as little pain as possible.
Summary:
I am overjoyed that I went through with it, and although I am still in the beginning “date today” just shy of two weeks I am extremely happy I did.

I would like to report now after 3 months of my experience.
I had the hotel “Rheinterrassen” in Düsseldorf from Mr. Klaasen mediated. I checked in there the evening before & have directly met a patient,more which just had his transplant behind him. He told me only positive & also took away some of my excitement. The next morning I drove about 10 min to the clinic & then had a reassuring reception & the preliminary talk with Mr. Klaasen. Then 4000 grafs were taken from me in about 2h & there was a lunch break. Subsequently, it took about 4 hours to put the hair, but it was relatively bearable because there were various options for employment such as Netflix or cell phone. The next morning was the follow-up & the first hair wash, then it went home. The next weeks were of course exhausting with swelling & hair loss, but now after 3 months the resting phase is over & I am really already very satisfied. The result is getting better every week. It was definitely the best decision to have the procedure done. The nurses on site have routine & every move fits. I am thrilled & can recommend the clinic to everyone.

From the very beginning, Mrs. Z. Klaasen and the whole team were there for me and helped me with all my questions. I am much more than satisfied with the service. The hotel was morebooked, the instructions were complete and clear.
When I arrived there, I was also received very nicely. The nurses, who were responsible for the main part of the operation, all did a great job and always kept me happy and explained to me step by step what was going to happen now, etc. The whole operation was practically painless. I am now in the patience phase and am incredibly looking forward to the hair I will receive. 6 months ago I had my hair transplantation with a total of 3500 grafts. The consultation and information I received in advance was very good and informative. This convinced me to have the procedure moreat the clinic of German Aesthetic GmbH. On the day of the procedure, all the steps were explained to me in detail. My wishes were also taken into account during the procedure. I felt very well taken care of. During the aftercare after the procedure, they took time to discuss and clarify all questions. The result after 6 months is really very good. The receding hairline and the beginning tonsure are no longer present! One can really say that the price / performance ratio is extremely good.
